Booking conditions

  • The LA GITANILLA ALOJAMIENTO&ENCANTO online booking system allows you to make real-time reservations for any date of the year, subject to the established conditions. It is essential to provide your credit card number to confirm your reservation and your email address so we can send you any communications regarding its status. This system allows you to make reservations for the same day of arrival.
  • Reservation Confirmation: The system will provide you with your reservation details, along with a reservation number, which must be used for any further transactions, inquiries, or communications. The reservation confirmation provided by the system is subject to validation of your credit card information by LA GITANILLA ALOJAMIENTO&ENCANTO. If there are any errors in the credit card information provided, your reservation will be cancelled.
  • PAYMENT POLICY:

Once the cancellation policy has been fulfilled, you assume the full charge of your reservation in all cases, except for special conditions negotiated directly with the establishment.

If we are unable to process the charge to your credit card, we reserve the right to cancel it.

Taxes and additional charges: VAT is included.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY:

You can cancel your booking on our website up to 24 hours before your arrival date.

Except:

*Flamenco Festival - 7 days before arrival at no charge.

*Easter Week, Bank Holidays and Summer (July 1 – September 30) 7 days before arrival free of charge.

*Moto GP and Horse Fair 30 days before arrival free of charge.

In all cases, reservations cancelled outside the deadline, early departures or no-shows will have a penalty of 100% of the reservation amount.

  • Information Security: All data provided by the user will be treated in a strictly confidential manner and will only be used for the booking process of this establishment.
  • Interruption, inaccessibility or system failure LA GITANILLA ALOJAMIENTO&ENCANTO is not responsible for the interruption, inaccessibility or failure of any other kind that the operation of the system may suffer, as a consequence of those that may occur in any telecommunications services or other accessories outside of this entity and necessary for its operation.
  • General: To carry out any transaction, a minimum age of 18 years is required. Any transaction implies full acceptance of these general conditions. LA GITANILLA ALOJAMIENTO Y ENCANTO reserves the right to demand appropriate liability for the misuse of this system or non-compliance with the rules set forth in these general conditions. The user will be solely responsible if the service is used in a defective, partial, or erroneous manner, or if someone operates on their behalf or account. LA GITANILLA ALOJAMIENTO & ENCANTO reserves the right to cancel access to the booking system for users who misuse it and violate the booking policies. For any disputes that may arise, the parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Jerez de la Frontera (11402-Cádiz).
