House Rules
Decree-Law 13/2020, of May 18, of Andalusia, which, among other things, establishes measures relating to hotel establishments, includes in its Chapter I the regulation of these establishments, as well as the regulation of their technical conditions and service provision. In this regard, Article 25 of said Decree-Law provides the following:
- Hotel establishments must have internal regulations that establish mandatory rules for users during their stay, without contravening the provisions of Law 13/2011, of December 23,2 or this Chapter.
- The internal regulations will always be available to users and will be displayed, at least in Spanish and English, in a visible and easily accessible location within the establishment. These regulations must also be published on the establishment's website, if one exists.
- In our accommodation we may request the assistance of the Security Forces to evict from them those who violate the internal regulations, violate the usual rules of social coexistence or intend to access or remain in them for a purpose other than the normal use of the service, in accordance with the provisions of article 36.4 of Law 13/2011, of December 23.
This regulation establishes the general rules of conduct for each of the guests who voluntarily stay at this establishment, with the aim of making their stay as pleasant as possible.
All guests agree to these regulations in accordance with their terms. Any breach or violation of these regulations entitles this establishment to take the necessary measures to ensure the general interest of maintaining the tranquility of other guests and the proper functioning of the accommodation. This document authorizes us to expel any guest who fails to comply with the established rules.
ABOUT THE GUEST AND RULES OF LA GITANILLA ACCOMMODATION & CHARM
- Guests of La Gitanilla Alojamiento & Encanto are considered to be only those who have completed the check-in process and signed the registration form. We reserve the right to refuse admission if a guest displays inappropriate behavior upon arrival or during their stay.
- In order to locate the guest at any time and facilitate communication, the guest agrees to provide their telephone number.
- Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The guest must take the room keys with them at all times and is responsible for them in case of loss or misplacement (replacement cost €50)
- In case of loss of the safe key, the guest will be obliged to replace the key or, failing that, the safe itself.
- The hotel is not responsible for inconveniences external to our property, municipal works, taxis, entrance fees, reservations.
- If a room has been reserved and check-out is not completed, and the guest is not at the hotel within the designated departure time, the hotel reserves the right to pack the guest's luggage and store it in storage, without being responsible for the loss or misplacement of any valuables.
- The hotel has a luggage storage area for guests who need to stay until 1 p.m.
- No outsiders are allowed on the premises. If the guest is going to receive visitors, they must inform the staff on the premises at that time.
- At check-out time, the guest must hand over the room keys; otherwise, a €50 loss fee will be charged.
- The staff of La Gitanilla Alojamiento & Encanto will check the room at Check-in, and it is the customer's 100% responsibility to pay for any missing or damaged items in the room at the time of Check-out.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the premises except in authorized areas on the outdoor terrace.
- Pets are not allowed in our accommodation
- We will not be responsible for damage caused to vehicles parked in parking spaces.
- If you wish to stay in the room after the established check-out time, you will need to pay the price of one more night's room according to the rate in force at that time and provided we have availability.
- Breakfast will be served on the terrace, weather permitting; otherwise, it will be served in our small breakfast room on the ground floor. Breakfast hours are 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
- The use of drugs, narcotics and psychotropic substances is prohibited within any area of the accommodation; this violation will be reported immediately to the appropriate authorities.
- Noise is not permitted between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM that may disturb the sleep of other guests. Noisy guests may be asked to be quiet or to leave the premises.
- Room cleaning is done during the day between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Guests are advised to inform reception if they would like their room cleaned before 1:00 p.m.; otherwise, cleaning will not be done that day.

- Our emergency telephone number, available from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, is located at reception and on information boards in your rooms.
- The reception service is available from 09.00 – 18.00 every day.
- Check-in time is from 12:00 to 18:00, provided rooms are available.
- The latest arrival time for self-check-in is 10:00 PM with at least 24 hours' notice. If you do not arrive by this time, the reservation will be considered a no-show.
- Check out time from 09.00-11.30.
- The invoice can be requested once the check-out is completed, provided the reservation amount has been paid directly to our accommodation.
